Information handled

This website has no visitor accounts, contact forms or advertising cookies. Optional analytics is described below. Microsoft Azure hosts the website. Cloudflare provides domain, DNS and email-routing services. Infrastructure providers may process IP addresses and request information to deliver and secure their services.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, episode engagement and outbound links. Google receives cookie identifiers, page paths, browser and device information and approximate location derived from network information. We do not send names, email addresses or URL query strings to Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. No Google Analytics tag loads before you choose Allow analytics. Rejecting analytics does not limit access to the website.

Your analytics choice

Use Analytics choices in the footer to allow or reject analytics, or withdraw permission. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies expire after 180 days without renewal. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep analytics off. Google processes analytics data under its privacy policy. Individual event and user data retention is set to two months, without resetting retention on new activity. Aggregated reports may be retained longer. Contact privacy@BrutusRunsThis.com with questions or requests. Cookie identifiers may be needed to locate analytics data; do not send sensitive information.

Correspondence

When you email us, we use your email address, message and information you choose to provide to respond and handle privacy, rights or security requests. Brutus contact emails are forwarded by Cloudflare to the operator's monitored Google Gmail inbox. Do not send passwords, access tokens or unnecessary sensitive information.

Sharing and retention

Service providers process information needed to host the site, route and receive email, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell visitor information. We keep correspondence only as reasonably necessary to handle the inquiry and necessary legal or security records. Infrastructure retention is subject to the providers' applicable service policies. We may disclose information when legally required.

External services

Social links open Instagram, Facebook or YouTube. Their independent terms and privacy practices apply. Public videos may play directly from our Azure hosting; third-party social players are not embedded.
